Two outstanding Redlands Year 9 teams were selected as grand finalists in the Seed Program. Seed is an initiative run out of Taronga Conservation Society Australia in partnership with Future Anything and spearhead by Loreto Kirribilli as the education partner. The challenge was to think like an entrepreneur and solve a conservation issue.

Over the course of many months, students visited the zoo, spoke with experts in conservation, had the opportunity to test their ideas and receive feedback and finally submit a pitch video. We are so proud of both teams and delighted to announce that Eco Cart, the brainchild of Charlie and Mel took out the top prize!
