General Information
There are a range of Academic, Interpersonal, Leadership and Life Preparedness skills that coeducational schools offer their students. As a leading coeducational school in Sydney, Redlands has offered a coeducation learning environment since 1978, preparing students for life after school which reflects modern times.

Yes, Redlands does provide Out of School Hours Care (OOSH), both after school and during vacations, which helps to meet the needs of busy working parents. It is suitable for students from three to twelve years of age. After School Care operates each afternoon until 6.00pm on a regular basis. Casual spaces are occasionally available. Vacation Care from 8.00am – 6.00pm is available each school holiday period. Programs are issued prior to the commencement of the next holiday session.
Yes, Redlands provides bus services to Pittwater, the Inner West and the Eastern Suburbs, offering Year 3-12 students a safe and direct trip to and from school. Learn more by visiting the Transport page.

Admissions and Enrolments
The Redlands House Preschool Junior Program admits students at 3 years of age.
Step 1: Request a School Prospectus here.
Step 2: Discover more about Redlands by booking online into a small group tour or Open Morning. Our Open Mornings and School Tours offer an intimate chance to experience our school campuses, facilities and students in their day-to-day life here at the School.
Step 3: Please complete our online application form.
Step 4: Invitations to interview for a place are issued approximately 12-18 months before the scheduled start date. Invitations to interview are issued in order of priority status followed by date of receipt of application.

Redlands runs Open Mornings across both our Junior and Senior campuses throughout the year. Simply fill out the Open Morning form for the relevant campus you’re interested in and our Admissions team will be in touch with further details.
We aim for a 50/50 gender ratio in every Year Group
Yes, we welcome international students to apply here at Redlands. Currently, around 14% of the student body is made up of students who originate from overseas.

Step 5: Offers are emailed to Parents/Carers.
Step 6: Acceptance of Offer, enrolment fee and relevant paperwork submitted online to secure place. Please note, the Enrolment Fee of $4,000 ($2,000 for siblings) is non-refundable nor transferable.
Fees and Scholarships
Redlands offers Academic, Merit/All-Rounder, Means-Tested, Music and Ballet scholarships for entry into Year 7. To learn more about scholarships at Redlands, visit our Scholarships page or contact our Enrolments team at Admissions@redlands.nsw.edu.au.
Redlands scholarship applications open in October 2025. Further details on when the ACER examination will open will be shared closer to the date.

Academic Programs
The IB is an international qualification and meets the needs of students who are becoming increasingly more globally minded and are looking for an alternative to the HSC. Students study the IB in Years 11 and 12 and currently 50% of the cohort take the IB.
The Higher School Certificate (HSC) is the highest educational award in New South Wales schools. To be eligible, students must meet HSC course requirements and sit for the state-wide HSC examinations. The HSC is an internationally recognised credential that provides a strong foundation for students wishing to pursue university qualifications at home or abroad, vocational training or employment.
The IB Diploma Programme is studied by students in Years 11 and 12, and is a two year programme.
