Community
We are not just a school, we are a community. The Redlands community prides ourselves on not only providing a world-class education but also embracing, encouraging and celebrating inclusivity, acceptance and diversity. We recognise the vital relationship between home and school and provide opportunities to actively involve parents in the School.
As a community, we value the relationships we have with each other. Our students past and present, families, staff and members of local and global communities are valued and included through a shared connection with Redlands. We recognise the sense of place and comfort that Redlands provides to many in our community.
Embracing
Our Community
We recognise the vital relationship between home and school and provide opportunities to actively involve parents in the School. We are accustomed to embracing international families, extending them a warm welcome and assisting them with their transitioning to the country and our School.
Volunteering is a wonderful opportunity to meet other Redlands parents and to be involved with the School. Volunteer opportunities include classroom support, event support, Philanthropy Advisory Committee, the Redlander Alumni Association, uniform shop assistance, Friends of Groups and Redlands Parents and Friends Association involvement.

Redlands has a variety of initiatives that allow our community to become more involved with the School. Our parents are encouraged to actively participate in the life at the school and we encourage you to do the same.
Redlands Parents and Friends Association
We recognise the vital relationship between home and school and provide opportunities for parents to actively engage with the School. The Redlands Parents and Friends Association, Parent Contact Groups and Friends of Groups all come together as passionate and dedicated volunteers to selflessly support our School and the wider Redlands community.
Redlands Giving
At Redlands our culture of generosity strengthens our community and creates opportunities for every student. We are a community of everyday philanthropists, parents, friends, past parents and alumni who support our School in ways that make a lasting difference. Through donations and by sharing time and expertise, our unique community helps to create opportunities that enrich every student’s experience.
Alumni Community
Our alumni of Redlanders can be found locally and globally. We value the relationships we have with our Alumni and nurture a lifelong connection to the School through a dedicated alumni engagement program that includes interstate and international reunions and networking opportunities.
Events
Like most schools, Redlands enjoys a rich and diverse program of events that celebrate a wide range of achievements, activities, and programs. The Redlands Parents and Friends Association support these school events with the organisation of a wide range of parent and carer events that keep our community connected and engaged throughout the year.
