Around 20 per cent of our students each year apply to study at prestigious universities in the US, Britain, Eruope and Asia and many have gone on to study at Oxford, Cambridge, Stanford, Yale, the Julliard School, Keio University and many more.

Co-Curricular Activities

We offer an extensive range of co-curricular activities to encourage students to explore their individual interests, talents and passions. There is a strong performing arts program with a wide range of music ensembles; classes in drama and musical theatre; and an integrated ballet and dance academy. The wide choice of sport ranges from basketball, netball, hockey, football, rugby and AFL to through to snowsports, sailing and many more.

As a coeducational school, students gain experience in leading all genders, preparing them for life outside the school gates. Leadership opportunities begin in our Preparatory School with our students being nurtured through Junior School and culminating in the Secondary School, with leadership opportunities including School Captains, Sports Captains, Arts Captains, House Captains and many more.

Outdoor Education

Camps are a vital part of a Redlands education aiming to enhance student’s perceptions of their abilities, improve self-confidence, add to essential life skills and develop a deep respect for the natural environment. In addition, all students from Year 9 onwards have the opportunity to participate in the Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme.

Redlands Secondary School Winter School

Winter School

Redlands Winter School was established in 1995 and is a truly unique educational opportunity and the only one of its kind offered in the Southern Hemisphere. This residential program provides the opportunity for interested Year 10 students to combine academic study with Snowsports training, experiencing Term 3 at the Redlands High Country Campus at Jindabyne in the Snowy Mountains, New South Wales.
