Community

Be Involved.

Redlanders have the opportunity to become actively involved in a number of volunteer activities with the school. As a Redlander, you may wish to:

  • Organise a class reunion
  • Join the Redlanders Association
  • Volunteer your time as a Sports or Debating team coach or a Performing Arts tutor
  • Share your career and life experience with current students through events such as Australian Business Week
  • Sponsor a senior student to complete Intern or Work Experience at your workplace
  • Assist with the Spring Fair

To register your interest for any of the above activities, please contact the Alumni office

External Volunteering:

Spread your wings more widely and perhaps also consider one of the many external volunteer opportunities available in the wider community:

Support the Foundation Scholarship Fund

An Endowment Fund for a means-tested Scholarship was launched in 2010 by our Principal, Dr Peter Lennox. For every $1,000,000 raised Redlands can use the interest earned to offer a scholarship (or several part scholarships) in perpetuity. Extraordinarily generous support from the parent community raised in excess of that target in 2014 and the fund now stands in excess of $1.3m.

We now have one Year 10 Foundation Scholarship student enjoying the benefits of a Redlands education thanks to the generosity of the community and we hope to be able to start another student on a Scholarship in the near future. For more information please click here to download the  Foundation Scholarship Brochure.
