Extra-Curricular
We offer an extensive range of extra-curricular activities for Secondary School Students enabling them to continue to develop their individual interests, talents and passions and providing an all-important balance to the academic demands in this section of the School.
These extra-curricular activities are fundamental to building confidence and enhancing students' self esteem - developing well-rounded young adults with the self-belief to vigorously embrace opportunities in life after school.
All students from Years 7-11 undertake a minimum of one extra-curricular activity a year, selected from the following range of activities, which is updated on an annual basis:
- Communication/Leadership - Debating, Mooting. Model United Nation
- Theatre - Drama, Musical Theatre, Theatresports, Production
- Music - Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra, String Ensemble, Stage Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Senior Choir, Broken Consort,Chamber Music
- Ballet & Dance - Classical Ballet, Jazz Ballet, Modern Dance
- Visual Arts - Life Drawing
- Outdoor - Rock Climbing, Duke of Edinburgh
- Chess
- Service - Year 11
- Tutor Task - Year 9

These events, where students generously support and encourage each other's performances, provide an inspiration for students to participate and explore their own interests and talents.
