Vision

Redlands is dedicated to educating our young men and women to be confident and competent citizens in a changing world.

Mission

We aim to provide a diverse, co-educational environment based on imaginative, flexible an innovative teaching practice where staff and parents work together to instill sound values and inspire the young people in our care to recognise and develop their unique potential.

Values

Our ethics, standards and practices are based upon established Christian values.

The School is managed by a Board consisting of 14 voluntary members. The Headmaster is in attendance as a nonvoting member. Finance, Marketing and School Property Committees, appointed to the Board, report and make recommendations to the entire Board as required. The Board is comprised of current parents, ex-parents, and church appointees of the School.
